Clinic Hours - The clinic is open from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

Appointments - Treatment is by appointment only. You may be referred by your doctor, specialist or self. A typical new patient appointment will take approx. 45 minutes. The first visit will comprise of: a thorough history, examination (orthopaedic, neurologic and spinal) and X-rays if medically required. The thorough examination is necessary to correctly diagnose your condition, and to ensure that you are a candidate for chiropractic treatment.

Payment - Payment for each treatment is required at each visit. The clinic accepts credit/debit cards, cheques and cash. If you have insurance, the clinic staff will be happy to assist you in reclaiming your fees.

Cancellation - 24 hours is required for cancellation of a treatment. The cancellation fee will be the cost of the treatment.

Emergency Appointments - The clinic will make every effort to accept an emergency on the same day.

Home Visits - Home visits are available. Please call the clinic for details.
