A typical case will involve:

1. Comprehensive history, orthopaedic, neurologic and structural examination.
   X-ray of the involved area(s) if medically necessary.
2. Treatment of the specific area(s).
3. Comprehensive home instructions and ergonomic advice.
   Rehabilitation/stabilisation program.
4. Further diagnostic evaluation if required including: MRI, blood tests, neurologic referral, orthopaedic referral, physiotherapy, sports massage therapy, orthotic assessment.
5. Liaison with other health disciplines if required.
